Blackbox AI

Connect Blackbox AI to AudioLab Router.

Configure Blackbox AI

Create an AudioLab workspace key with llm.write and available credits. Use a model enabled for your workspace. Keep existing client permissions and tool approval settings.

The Blackbox CLI documents a Vercel-specific provider, not a generic custom endpoint. Its Agent API supports a bring-your-own router through paired apiKey and baseUrl fields; see the guide for that separate integration.

Blackbox’s documented CLI provider picker has a Vercel-specific integration. It does not establish a configurable AudioLab CLI endpoint. The separate Blackbox Agent API accepts paired apiKey and baseUrl fields for a bring-your-own router. Use your Blackbox Agent API credential to authenticate to Blackbox, and pass an AudioLab workspace key only in the documented BYO fields. Choose the Claude or Codex runtime and its matching Router protocol/model. Runtime defaults still need to match the Claude Code or Codex limitations. This does not configure the local Blackbox CLI.

Verify the Connection

Send a short text prompt, then a read-only tool request in a disposable project. Check the model, request record, and usage in Router. Test streaming and a follow-up turn before using a longer workflow. Client-specific tools and permissions remain managed by Blackbox AI.

The setup command can check authentication and model discovery without generating a response. See the protocol contracts for model and feature limits.
